Arlette is the Human Resources Business Partner for Relievus, New Jersey and PA markets. She comes with a wealth of HR experience, having held multiple Human Resource titles for GEICO for over nineteen+ years. She has been certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2021. Arlette also carries an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Tidewater Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management, from Regent University, VB Virgina.
Her previous experience includes Human Resourses responsibility for over 2000+ Staff Counsel associates across thirty-six states. She also previously worked as a Claims Service Representative for GEICO for four years. Arlette has proven to be a highly skilled team leader with a proven track record of improving daily operation flow and team effectiveness.
