Innerfield is a board-certified Interventional Pain Management Physician and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) specialist at Relievus. With a clinical foundation rooted in academic excellence and patient-centered care, Innerfield brings over a decade of experience in diagnosing and treating complex pain conditions through a wide range of advanced interventional techniques.

Innerfield completed her Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, following her residency in PM&R at JFK-Johnson Rehabilitation Institute at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where she served as Chief Resident. She began her training with an internship in Internal Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and earned her medical degree through the prestigious 7-year BA/MD program at UMDNJ-RWJ and Rutgers University. She holds board certifications in both Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

As the former Medical Director of RA Pain Services, Innerfield has built a reputation for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of conditions including spinal disorders, neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and musculoskeletal injuries. She has a special interest in neuromodulation and regenerative medicine, and she actively contributes to continuing education through lectures and grand rounds on topics such as spinal cord stimulation, occipital nerve stimulation, and fibromyalgia management.

Innerfield is also a published medical author with contributions to peer-reviewed journals and textbooks in PM&R. Her academic work includes research in spinal leptomeningeal metastases, neuromuscular medicine education, and joint replacement rehabilitation. Her leadership and excellence in teaching have been recognized with honors such as Resident Teacher of the Year and multiple Top Physician awards from South Jersey Magazine.

An engaged member of the medical community, Innerfield is affiliated with the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the Association of Academic Physiatrists. She serves on the Clinical Committee at Jefferson Surgical Center and has participated as a team physician for community athletic programs and wheelchair sports.

Outside of her clinical work, Innerfield enjoys running, skiing, soccer, spin biking, baking, and attending Broadway shows.
