Khushboo Baldev, M.D. is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist at Relievus, practicing in Iselin, NJ. Known for her innovative approach and compassionate care, Baldev offers advanced interventional techniques to help patients manage chronic pain and improve their quality of life.
Baldev completed her fellowship in Interventional Chronic Pain at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where she gained extensive experience with leading-edge procedures including spinal cord stimulation, intrathecal drug delivery systems, and minimally invasive techniques such as the Intracept® and MILD® procedures. Prior to this, she completed her residency in Anesthesiology at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she distinguished herself as a top 10% performer on the ABA Basic Exam and actively contributed to clinical research.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience, with minors in Chemistry and Women’s & Gender Studies, from Rutgers University. Her clinical expertise is matched by her dedication to education and community service, having served as a mentor, teaching assistant, and community health volunteer throughout her training.
Baldev has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as perioperative pain management, regional anesthesia, and the use of nerve blocks in joint replacement surgery. She has presented her research at major conferences, including the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS) and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), and has been recognized with multiple awards for her leadership and scholarship, including induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
