Dr. Ryan Triglia, DO, is an interventional pain medicine physician specializing in the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine, he is dedicated to helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy through personalized, evidence-based care.

Dr. Triglia completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh and earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Studies from Drexel University College of Medicine before receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine within Jefferson’s Department of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Triglia specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex spine, musculoskeletal, and nerve-related pain conditions, including back and neck pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, arthritis, and neuropathic pain. He performs a wide range of advanced, image-guided procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet and sacroiliac joint interventions, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD®), peripheral joint injections, and other minimally invasive pain management techniques.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Triglia has remained active in research and academic medicine. His work has been presented at regional and national pain medicine conferences and published in Interventional Pain Medicine, reflecting his commitment to advancing the field and bringing the latest evidence-based treatments to his patients.
