Vince Mercado, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Relievus, where he brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to the treatment of acute and chronic pain. Based in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, Vince is dedicated to improving the quality of life for his patients through comprehensive pain management strategies.
Vince began his healthcare journey in nursing, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capitol University in Philippines. He went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He holds active board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Prior to joining Relievus, Vince gained extensive experience in a variety of clinical settings including emergency, telemetry, and medicine floors. His time as a registered nurse at leading New Jersey hospitals provided him with a strong foundation in critical care, patient safety, and clinical collaboration.
Vince is known for his commitment to individualized care, taking the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and crafting treatment plans that address both the physical and emotional dimensions of pain. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic conditions, and functional rehabilitation. He collaborates closely with physicians and other providers to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients.
